Our leadership team consists of dedicated individuals who are committed to serving humanity and supporting underprivileged communities through food assistance, clothing support, healthcare initiatives, and educational programs.

Together, our founding members and executive committee work to ensure that the Foundation remains focused on its mission of creating positive social impact across Bangladesh.

Central Executive Committee

Md. Towfiqul Islam - Founder, Chairman & Chief Patron

As the Chairman of Shaddhya Foundation, Md. Towfiqul Islam provides strategic leadership and guidance for the organization's vision, mission, and long-term development. His commitment to social welfare and community service continues to inspire the Foundation's humanitarian efforts.

Executive Director: Vacant Position

This position is currently vacant and will be filled by a qualified individual dedicated to advancing the Foundation’s mission and operational activities.

Jabbir Hossain: President & Treasurers

The President oversees organizational activities and supports the implementation of programs and initiatives that benefit disadvantaged communities.

Vice President: Vacant

The Vice President assists the President and contributes to the strategic planning and successful execution of Foundation activities.

General Secretary: Vacant

The General Secretary is responsible for administrative coordination, organizational communication, and maintaining effective governance within the Foundation.

Aminul Islam Zia: Joint General Secretary

The Joint Secretary supports the General Secretary and helps coordinate programs, meetings, and organizational affairs.

Md. Emnanul Hossain (Liton): Chief Of Staff

The Organizational Secretaries play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and implementing Foundation activities.

Md.Tahazzad Hossain: Media & Public Relations Team

The Media and Public Relations Team helps communicate the Foundation’s mission, programs, and impact to the public and stakeholders.

Hazral Ali Tuhin: Chief Membership Coordinator

All committee members collectively contribute to the growth, development, and humanitarian mission of Shaddhya Foundation.

Md. Mazharul Haque: Director of Membership Affairs

Oversees membership activities of Shaddhya Foundation, including member recruitment, registration, engagement and communication. Supports membership development and maintains positive relationships with members and volunteers.

Md. Rahid Hossain: Chief Food & Kitchen Coordinator

Coordinates the Foundation’s food and kitchen-related activities, including meal preparation, food distribution, kitchen operations and volunteer coordination. Ensures that food-related activities are organized and carried out efficiently.
