Eligibility to Donate

By making a donation, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and complying with applicable laws in your country. Donations from individuals under 18 years old require parental or guardian consent.

ডোনেশন করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে আপনি আইনগতভাবে একটি চুক্তিতে প্রবেশের যোগ্য এবং আপনার দেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন মেনে চলতে সক্ষম। ১৮ বছরের নিচের ব্যক্তিদের জন্য পিতামাতা বা অভিভাবকের সম্মতি প্রয়োজন।

Use of Donations

All contributions are used exclusively for programs listed on our website, including education, healthcare, food support, shelter, and community development. Shaddhya Foundation ensures that funds are allocated responsibly, and detailed financial reports are published periodically.

প্রতিটি অনুদান শুধুমাত্র আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত প্রোগ্রামগুলোর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা, খাদ্য সহায়তা, আশ্রয় এবং কমিউনিটি ডেভেলপমেন্ট। শদ্ধ্যা ফাউন্ডেশন নিশ্চিত করে যে তহবিলগুলি দায়িত্বশীলভাবে ব্যয় করা হয় এবং বিস্তারিত আর্থিক রিপোর্ট নিয়মিত প্রকাশ করা হয়।

Refund Policy

Donations are final and non-refundable. In exceptional cases, such as accidental double payments, please contact our support team within 7 days for review. Refunds are processed at the discretion of Shaddhya Foundation.

দান চূড়ান্ত এবং ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। ব্যতিক্রমী ক্ষেত্রে, যেমন ভুলবশত দ্বিগুণ পেমেন্ট হওয়া, ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। ফেরত দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত শদ্ধ্যা ফাউন্ডেশনের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী হবে।

শদ্ধ্যা ফাউন্ডেশন যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলী এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং তারিখ উল্লেখ করা হবে। হালনাগাদ করার পরও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা হলে সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়া হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
