Volunteer Rules

1. Introduction

Shaddhya Foundation welcomes volunteers who are passionate about making a positive impact in society. Our volunteer rules ensure a safe, transparent, and productive environment for all participants.

শদ্ধ্যা ফাউন্ডেশন সেই সব স্বেচ্ছাসেবীদের স্বাগত জানায় যারা সমাজে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলতে আগ্রহী। আমাদের স্বেচ্ছাসেবী নিয়ম সকলের জন্য নিরাপদ, স্বচ্ছ এবং ফলপ্রসূ পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করে।

2. Eligibility to Volunteer

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to work in Bangladesh, and committed to adhering to Shaddhya Foundation’s values and policies.

স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা অবশ্যই ন্যূনতম ১৮ বছর বয়সী হতে হবে, বাংলাদেশে আইনগতভাবে কাজ করার অনুমতি থাকতে হবে এবং শদ্ধ্যা ফাউন্ডেশনের নীতি ও মূল্যবোধ মেনে চলার জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ হতে হবে।

3. Code of Conduct

Treat all colleagues, beneficiaries, and community members with respect and dignity.

Avoid discrimination, harassment, or any harmful behavior.

Follow instructions from supervisors and program coordinators.

সকল সহকর্মী, সুবিধাভোগী ও কমিউনিটি সদস্যদের প্রতি সম্মান ও মর্যাদা দেখানো।

বৈষম্য, হয়রানি বা ক্ষতিকর আচরণ এড়ানো।

সুপারভাইজার এবং প্রোগ্রাম কো-অর্ডিনেটরের নির্দেশ মেনে চলা।

4. Attendance and Commitment

Volunteers are expected to attend scheduled activities punctually and inform coordinators in case of absence. Regular participation ensures effective program delivery.

স্বেচ্ছাসেবীদের নির্ধারিত কার্যক্রমে সময়মতো উপস্থিত থাকার প্রত্যাশা করা হয় এবং অনুপস্থিতির ক্ষেত্রে কো-অর্ডিনেটরকে জানাতে হবে। নিয়মিত অংশগ্রহণ কার্যক্রমের কার্যকারিতা নিশ্চিত করে।

5. Confidentiality

All volunteers must respect the confidentiality of sensitive information related to beneficiaries, donors, and organizational operations. Sharing confidential information without permission is prohibited.

সব স্বেচ্ছাসেবীকে সুবিধাভোগী, দাতা এবং সংস্থার কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কিত সংবেদনশীল তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করতে হবে। অনুমতি ছাড়া গোপন তথ্য শেয়ার করা নিষিদ্ধ।

6. Health and Safety

Volunteers must follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing protective equipment when required, and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

স্বেচ্ছাসেবীদের সব স্বাস্থ্য ও নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশিকা মেনে চলতে হবে, প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে সুরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করতে হবে এবং বিপজ্জনক অবস্থার ক্ষেত্রে তা অবিলম্বে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।

7. Termination of Volunteer Services

Shaddhya Foundation reserves the right to terminate volunteer participation for violations of rules, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions.

নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন, দুর্ব্যবহার বা নির্দেশনা না মানার কারণে শদ্ধ্যা ফাউন্ডেশন স্বেচ্ছাসেবী অংশগ্রহণ সমাপ্ত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

8. Benefits of Volunteering

Volunteers gain valuable experience, skill development, community recognition, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful social programs.

স্বেচ্ছাসেবীরা মূল্যবান অভিজ্ঞতা, দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, কমিউনিটি স্বীকৃতি এবং অর্থবহ সামাজিক প্রোগ্রামে অবদান রাখার সুযোগ পায়।
